• Booking & billing information when you book online — your name, contact details, and billing address. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and functioning (including rate-limiting the booking form).

How we use your information

• To quote, schedule, and complete your cleaning;
• To process payments and administer any recurring maintenance plan you choose;
• To communicate about quotes, scheduling, and your service;
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Square. Your card information is transmitted directly to Square under their security and privacy practices; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details but not your full card number. Square’s handling of your data is governed by Square’s own privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor (Square) and email or hosting providers — and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep service and transaction records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and keeping card data with our PCI-compliant processor rather than on our own systems.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
