These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services provided by Powelleur Power Washing (“Powelleur,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Prices listed on this site are suggested starting prices that cover a standard-scope service; they can be adjusted for property size, accessibility, surface condition, staining, and water availability. Commercial and oversized work is quoted per property. Your final price is confirmed before we capture payment.
When you book online, your card is authorized at checkout and captured once your appointment is confirmed and scheduled, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Square. If you choose a recurring plan or to save your card, you authorize us to securely store your card and charge the agreed amounts (per scheduled visit, for recurring plans) until you cancel. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned and a working water source unless otherwise agreed. Appointments may be affected by weather and discovered site conditions. If we find conditions that change the scope or price, we’ll agree any change with you before proceeding.
We clean to a professional standard using surface-appropriate methods. Exterior cleaning improves appearance but cannot guarantee removal of all staining — deep or old oil, rust, and organic stains may not fully clear even with add-on treatments, and we advise you of that risk in advance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing surfaces, or defects disclosed or discovered during service.
Cancellations and reschedules follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the 48-hour (routine) and 30-day (custom) notice windows and the $100 cancellation fee for late cancellations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powelleur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its “last updated” date, governs your use of the site.
